Terms and conditions
These terms describe the basic conditions for digital services, consulting, websites and platform development by Qavirio.
1. Provider
Services are provided by Qavirio, trade name of Martijn Meijer EI, SIREN 484 683 222, entrepreneur individuel / micro-entreprise.
2. Services
Qavirio provides website creation, digital platforms, optimisation, consulting, maintenance, hosting and digital support. The exact scope is defined by quote, email or written agreement.
3. Quotes and approval
Work starts after clear client approval. Prices shown on the website are starting prices. The final price depends on content, pages, features, languages, integrations, timing and complexity.
4. Planning and delivery
Timelines are indicative unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delays in client content, access, approvals or information may postpone delivery.
5. Payment
An advance payment may be requested before work starts. Invoices are payable according to the stated payment term. If payment is late, Qavirio may pause work until payment is received.
6. Changes and additional work
Requests outside the original scope are discussed separately and may be invoiced as additional work. Significant extra work starts only after approval.
7. Client responsibilities
The client provides the content, access, images, texts, approvals and rights needed for the project. The client remains responsible for their business activity, published content and legal obligations.
8. Hosting, licences and external services
Hosting, domains, plugins, licences, external tools, payment systems and subscriptions are included only when stated in the agreement. Qavirio is not responsible for interruptions caused by external providers.
9. Ownership and delivery
Delivered items may be used by the client after payment according to the agreement. Qavirio’s methods, reusable components, internal tools and general know-how remain the property of Qavirio.
10. Commercial results
Qavirio provides professional services, but does not guarantee revenue, visitor numbers, SEO rankings or any specific commercial outcome.
11. Liability
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, Qavirio’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant assignment. The client must verify content, legal information and settings before final publication.
12. Cancellation or project stop
If a project is stopped, work already completed may be invoiced. After payment, agreed deliverables are made available where possible.
13. VAT
TVA non applicable – article 293 B du Code général des impôts (CGI).
14. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law unless otherwise agreed in writing.
