Terms and conditions
These terms describe the basic conditions for digital services, consulting, websites and platform development by Qavirio.
1. Provider
Services are provided by Qavirio, trade name of Martijn Meijer EI, SIREN 484 683 222.
2. Services
Qavirio provides website creation, digital platforms, optimization, consulting, maintenance and digital support. The exact scope is defined by quote, email or written agreement.
3. Quotes, pricing and payment
Prices, deadlines, deliverables and payment terms are stated in the proposal sent to the client. Significant work starts only after approval.
4. VAT
TVA non applicable – article 293 B du Code général des impôts (CGI).
5. Client responsibilities
The client supplies content, access, information, images, approvals and necessary rights. The client remains responsible for published information and compliance of their activity.
6. Ownership and delivery
Delivered items may be used by the client after payment according to the agreed terms. Qavirio’s general tools, methods, technical templates and know-how remain the property of Qavirio.
