Qavirio QuoteFollow Pro

Quote follow-up without replacing your current invoicing system.

QuoteFollow Pro gives organisations one clear workspace for open quotes, next actions and commercial follow-up. The goal is simple: prevent already-qualified revenue opportunities from being lost because a follow-up was forgotten.

01 · Purpose

Why this product exists.

QuoteFollow Pro gives organisations one clear workspace for open quotes, next actions and commercial follow-up. The goal is simple: prevent already-qualified revenue opportunities from being lost because a follow-up was forgotten.

02 · Operational problem

A quote only has value when follow-up remains controlled.

Many teams create quotes in accounting or invoicing software, then track follow-ups in email, calendars, notes or spreadsheets. QuoteFollow Pro fills exactly that operational gap without trying to become a full CRM or invoicing package.

IN-DEPTH EXPLANATION

QuoteFollow Pro in detail: make commercial follow-up a process instead of a memory task.

QuoteFollow Pro targets a narrow but costly gap in many commercial workflows: a quote is prepared and sent, then follow-up becomes fragmented across inboxes, calendars, notes and individual memory. The product does not try to replace invoicing or accounting. It creates a controlled follow-up layer around the commercial proposals that already exist. Each quote can carry customer, amount, sent date, current status, last contact and next follow-up date, allowing the team to see not only which opportunities are open but which ones require action now.

Keep existing tools, add operational visibility

The first deployment can start with manual entry or a controlled import rather than a disruptive systems migration. That is intentional. A small or medium business may already have a quoting tool employees know and trust. QuoteFollow Pro can sit beside it and focus on the missing operational question: what is still open, what value is represented by those quotes, when was the customer last contacted and what should happen next? If later integration with another system is justified, it can be added as a separately qualified connector instead of making the entire product dependent on one vendor from day one.

Hosted delivery turns software into an operated service

The professional version is designed as a browser-based managed application. The customer does not need to install a Windows program on every workstation. Qavirio can operate hosting, updates and backups while the organisation uses its own secured tenant and user accounts. Subscription pricing therefore needs to cover infrastructure as well as continued maintenance. Larger organisations can require different isolation, storage, user or deployment arrangements; those are treated as scope decisions rather than pretending one low-cost package fits every customer. The operational model also makes responsibilities clearer: the customer owns the commercial process and data quality, while the agreed Qavirio service scope defines platform maintenance, hosting operations and technical support.

07 · Architecture

A shared Business Operations core, not a disposable standalone app.

QuoteFollow Pro is designed on the same tenant, identity, notification, document and audit foundation that can support future Business Operations modules. That enables growth without rebuilding every module from scratch.

09 · Integration

Existing tools stay in place.

The initial scope prioritises import/export and clear operational separation. CRM, invoicing, email or API integrations are only added when a customer case and technical boundary justify them.
