Problem before technology
The framework is never the goal. We start with users, process, information, risk and desired outcome.
Qavirio is an independent digital-engineering company in the south of France. We build websites, custom software and intelligent systems in Dutch, French and English. The scale is deliberately direct: no sales layer between the customer and the person analysing, designing and building.

Qavirio is broad because digital problems rarely stop neatly at the boundary of one tool. A website may lead into planning, a form into a workflow, a workflow into reporting and data into intelligent assistance. We want to understand and build that chain.
The framework is never the goal. We start with users, process, information, risk and desired outcome.
We distinguish what is proven live, what is pilot and what remains active R&D.
Design information and workflows so unnecessary duplicate entry and isolated administrative islands disappear.
Hosting, updates, backup, security, monitoring and support are part of product thinking.
Qavirio grew from building concrete digital products: websites that need to sell, workflows that need to reduce administration, portals that bring roles and information together and experimental AI systems that only have value when their boundaries remain clear. We therefore do not approach a project from a single discipline.
For a local business, the right solution may be a strong website with a simple lead flow. For an organisation it may be a multilingual portal, role-based application, integration or custom workflow. Complexity is not sold in advance; it has to be justified by the problem.
The person thinking through the engineering remains involved in build and review.
Not just translation, but making content and terminology understandable in each context.
We prefer reviewing a working flow over weeks of abstract presentation.
A digital chain may start with a visitor on a website. Then come a form, request, planning, communication, case, reporting or analysis. When every step lives in separate logic or systems, duplicate entry and unclear responsibilities appear.
Qavirio wants to see that continuity. Sometimes that means integrating with an existing system rather than replacing it. Sometimes it means adding a small custom layer between people and heavy back-office software. And sometimes a well-designed website really is enough.
At Qavirio there is no chain from account manager to project manager to development team where context gets lost. That does not mean every project must be small; it means the core of analysis, architecture and acceptance remains directly watched. Where specialist external expertise is needed, its role should be clear.
For customers this means short communication, but also clear boundaries. We would rather say early that something is out of scope, not yet validated or not the right solution than sell technical theatre.
Goal, user, information, existing landscape and risk determine direction.
We want to review something with real behaviour as early as practical.
Updates, backups, monitoring and change are part of the lifecycle.
Qavirio does not assume that a restaurant, freelancer, SME, public organisation and software product need the same interface or architecture. A commercial website must persuade and convert. Business software must support roles, data and daily work. Public-sector contexts require extra attention to traceability, data boundaries and governance responsibility.
The common factor is not the technology but the discipline: understand what should work better, build only what is needed and design the solution so the next change does not break everything.
Positioning, content, performance, SEO foundation and a clear route to action.
Portals, workflows and applications around work that does not fit generic tools well.
AI and analysis with visible sources, boundaries, policy and human control where relevant.
Qavirio wants to build with technical ambition without treating technology as an end in itself. We therefore do not force a framework, cloud, AI model or product line into every problem. We do not claim certification that does not exist, present R&D as mature production, or build autonomous action where human approval is logical or necessary.
That restraint is not a lack of ambition. It creates room to go technically deep where the value is demonstrable.
The best solution is not the one with the most technology, but the one that demonstrably improves the work and remains manageable.
Describe the problem. We look at goals, users and process first — technology comes second.
