Websites & redesign
New sites and targeted redesigns combining positioning, content, performance and conversion.
View more →Qavirio combines strategy, design, engineering, integration and operations as one delivery chain, so the solution remains maintainable, controllable and recoverable after launch. Hosting & Operations therefore means more than renting a server: it covers deployment, monitoring, updates, backups, recovery, security and clear responsibility across the full lifecycle.

A solution is only professional when daily operation, change and recovery are designed as carefully as the build itself. We therefore treat launch as the beginning of the operational phase, not the end of the project.

View more →For workflows involving user roles, records, planning, forms, statuses, dashboards or reporting, we build an application layer around the work itself. Scope is bounded up front so custom work stays controllable.
A portal or workflow is not designed separately from the environment in which it must operate. Authentication, data storage, integrations, administration and future change are considered from the start so a working first version does not need to be reinvented later.
View custom software →Django/PostgreSQL, PHP/WordPress or a lighter stack where appropriate. Architecture follows the problem, risk and expected lifecycle.
Where existing systems remain authoritative, we build controlled integrations, imports/exports or workflow automation. Not every integration needs to be realtime or complex; reliability and recoverability come first.
For each integration we define the authoritative source, the data actually required, what happens when an external service is unavailable and how failures become visible. This prevents automation from creating hidden dependencies or silent data divergence.
Schema, validation and ownership are defined up front.
Timeouts, retries and fallback only get behaviour that is safe and understandable.
Relevant integration events and failures remain traceable enough for diagnosis and recovery.
For Qavirio, hosting is not a separate technical product where software is placed after delivery. The operational environment must match the system: web server, runtime, database, domain and TLS, configuration, secrets, storage, email or API dependencies and the way releases are deployed. A small public website has different needs from a role-based application handling sensitive data.
Managed Operations means treating that environment as part of the product. We want to know which services are essential, how to determine whether they are healthy, which changes are planned and what recovery route is available when something goes wrong. That makes operations more predictable and prevents knowledge from living only in ad-hoc actions or memory.
Web server, application runtime, database, TLS, configuration and dependencies are treated as one system.
Targeted health checks and logging help distinguish an incident, dependency failure and user error.
We define what belongs to hosting, maintenance, support or external management so responsibility is not discovered during an incident.
A site can be reachable while a form no longer sends email, a background job is stuck, an API fails or a database responds slowly. Where the risk justifies it, we monitor the components that actually matter to the business function.
Logging and monitoring are deliberately scoped. We retain enough context to understand a failure while avoiding unnecessary storage of personal data or sensitive payloads. A good signal should support action, not merely fill a dashboard.
Is the public service or application reachable at the expected endpoint?
Are essential flows and dependencies still behaving as intended?
Logs and status information should shorten diagnosis without collecting more data than necessary.
Frequency and retention depend on the system and rate of change. A daily backup may fit some sites; an active application may require a different strategy. More important than one standard number is knowing what is protected: files, database, configuration and, where relevant, external state.
Recovery is more than putting a file back. We need to know where restoration happens, which version is compatible, which secrets or DNS settings are required and how to verify that the system actually works correctly after restore.
CMS, plugin, framework, dependency and system updates are necessary, but “automate everything immediately” is not always professional. An update can affect functionality, integrations or styling. We therefore match the update path to system impact and combine backups, checks and rollback capability where needed.
For custom releases we keep changes as traceable as practical: what changed, which version is active, which acceptance checks apply and how to roll back if unexpected behaviour appears. That provides more control than simply hoping a deployment succeeds.
Check dependencies, backup and critical flows before impactful changes.
Version, change and deployment time remain understandable.
For important deployments we define in advance how the previous safe state can be restored.
Not every customer needs the same operating model. Sometimes Qavirio manages the complete technical environment; sometimes infrastructure belongs to the customer or hosting partner while we maintain the application; sometimes we deliver only a product with clear support boundaries. That division is made explicit so there is no false sense of coverage.
Priority and response path are part of that model too. A functional question, a small change and a real outage are different types of work. For professional environments, an agreed classification helps trigger the right action faster and keeps expectations clear on both sides.
Hosting, application maintenance, updates, incidents, support and external dependencies receive separate responsibilities and agreements where relevant.
Describe the problem. We look at goals, users and process first — technology comes second.
